Q - Will I recieve tickets for my booking ?

A - No..Not unless you request tickets by a telephone call or an email..We operate a ticketless booking system..

Q - Will i get an information email with address and event info on ?

A- Yes..You will receive an email 5 days before your event date with all the info you need..including location address..car parking and times to arrive.

Please make sure we have your up to date email address and always check your spam folder.

 

Q - If I have paid a deposit when does the balance have to be paid ?

A - Balance is due 4 weeks before the event date.

 

Q - Do I get to talk to Most Haunted ?

A - Yes..Its up close and personal..You can chat to them..take photos and get autographs ( autograph cards provided )

 

Q - Will I recieve a reminder for when my balance is due ?

A - No..not unless it becomes over due..It is up to you to keep an eye on your payments.

 

Q - Can I drink alcohol on these events ?

A - No..We have a strict no alcohol rule before or during our evets..

 

Q - I'm 16 can I attend an event ?

A - No I'm afraid not..You have to be 18 or over

 

Q - Will I be ghost hunting or sat watching a show ?

A - These events are active ghost hunts..You will be fully involved investigating along side the stars..

 

Q - How do i pay my balance ?

A - Just click on upcoming events page..Go to your event booked..Click on it..Choose balance option..Add names and continue to CART and through to Paypal/Debit/Credit card..

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHANGE THE NUMBER/QUANTITY IN THE CART TO WHAT TICKETS YOU HAVE PURCHASED..EG..4 PEOPLE CHANGE TO 4 ETC..

5 - TO PAY BALANCE DO THE SAME BUT CHOOSE BALANCE OPTION..
