ANNOUNCEMENT 17th March 2020
Most Haunted Experience -
Coronavirus Press Conference
After the Coronavirus Press Conference by the PM yesterday we have been in talks with other medical professionals and locations with regard to Most Haunted Experience events.
As well as having a responsibility to our guests, we have to be responsible and as the safety of our guests, staff, volunteers and the general public as a whole comes first, we are suspending all Most Haunted Experience events for a month effective immediately.
There will be no MHE events for the rest of March or throughout April.
Everyone will be contacted and offered a refund or the option to move their ticket to another, less volatile, time.
We are taking advice and guidance from official sources, will be updating as often as we can and will make another announcement with regard to the MHE events in May as soon as possible.
I know the majority of you want to continue and will be very disappointed, however, this decision has not been an easy one to make.
We have always prided ourselves at MHE in giving people the best possible experience and never to disappoint. If we kept going and one person became infected we would never forgive ourselves.
As well as other measures planned by the Government, in doing this we can all help slow down the spread of the virus until a treatment/vaccine has been found.
As soon as it has been, we will be back at full strength.
The Government has asked everyone in the UK to avoid non-essential contact with others and unnecessary travel and avoid pubs, clubs, theatres and social venues.
Paranormal events come under these categories.
Your safety, health and happiness will always come first.
