These terms and conditions are already online but we are also putting this on a separate section.
1 - If your event is postponed to another date..
You will be offered a new date..possibly for next year.
Please reply to your email and we will move you over to the date offered if you accept.
If you can not make the new date you can either transfer to a different event or take a credit note to use on a future event. We do not offer refunds on events that are postponed due to Government restrictions or Covid related issues if an event is postponed.
2 - If an event is going ahead but you can't make it due to issues related to Covid-19. We can offer you a new date or a credit note to use on a future event.We can also change the names on the booking if you can find someone to take your places.
We can not offer refunds if the event is still going ahead. We still have location hire fees to pay.
Unfortunately if you contact ourselves less than 3 days before the event there is nothing we can do apart from change the names on the booking if you can find someone to take your places.
3 - If an event is cancelled and no other date is offered to you then..
We will either issue a full refund.. issue a credit note or move you to an event of your choice depending on availability.
