From time to time some areas and locations may need extra measures putting in place if the R Rating for that area goes up. In rare cases events may have to be postponed.
We will always keep you informed of this.
Extra measures may be -
Face coverings to be worn all the time
2 metre distancing at all times
We will let you know if possible before the event if extra measures are needed.
However if these are last minute changes we will advise you upon entry into the event.
If a location or area is locked down we will obviously contact you so please make sure we have your up to date contact information and check your emails regularly..This could potentially happen a day before.
